You may want to have a single place to see all the users of your audience-specific page, their access, and how they're subscribed to receive notifications. Export your users in a CSV file that includes basic user information and their access to groups and metrics, as well as their subscription configurations.

Before you begin

You must be using an audience-specific page to export users. If you are trying to export subscribers, check out this documentation instead.

Export audience-specific users

  1. Navigate to Audience from the left sidebar.

  2. Click Options.

  3. Click Export all users.

The Audience page will show the progress of your export. You can navigate away if you like, and come back to the Audience page to download your export file when the export is complete.
