After signing up for, it's a good idea to tweak your page settings.

  1. Click your avatar on the top right of your screen.
  2. Click Manage account from the dropdown menu that appears.
  3. Make necessary changes.
  4. Click Save page profile.

Service Name

The name of your website or service, used when we send notifications to your customers.

Support URL

Where we should direct visitors to in case they need to get help.


Website URL

The URL we should redirect to when someone clicks on the logo or on the header of your status page.

Default SMS Country Code

The default country code set when your users subscribe to SMS notifications.

Time Zone

The time zone your page is in. This will also carry over into the timestamps on your status page and in the notifications we send.

Organization Legal Name

The legal name of your company or organization. Used when sending out invoices.

Search Engines

You have the option to keep your status page from being indexed by search engines.
