Do I need to do anything to keep my status page live (or running) during the transition?

Nope, you’ll be able to use StatusPage as usual with no changes expected. StatusPage will continue to operate as a standalone service within the Atlassian suite. If you’re an Atlassian customer, you’ll begin to see StatusPage integrate tightly with the tools you already use.

Anything we should know about integrations with other companies?

We integrate with a significant number of monitoring, alerting, and chat products that make both StatusPage and our integration providers’ products more valuable to mutual customers. Our joint plan with Atlassian is to keep all integrations running and continue to invest in and improve them over time.

How will billing be handled moving forward?

Billing will stay the same in the near term and we will communicate any changes in the future as needed. If you’re on a yearly subscription and not paying via credit card, we’ll be in touch with new payment details for renewal as we migrate over our invoicing process in the coming months.

I’m currently an Atlassian customer. Will my billing for StatusPage be consolidated with my other Atlassian products?

Not yet, although it’s definitely on the to-do list. We will be in touch when we’re ready.

Are there any changes to pricing that affect me?

There are no pricing changes going into effect with the transition. If we do decide to update pricing in the future, we’ll make sure to provide reasonable notice and recommendations for any actions needed.

What’s happening to the team we know and love?

The Denver team will be moving to San Francisco and all employees will be relocating to Atlassian’s office to continue working on StatusPage within Atlassian. We’ll also be bringing on internal engineering resources to start building out some awesome integrations and to accelerate our dev speed.
